Easy Omelette with Honey & Soy Sausage

As the saying goes, "Where there’s an egg, there’s a meal!” So dive into this quick and delicious omelette, paired with flavourful breakfast sausages!

Ingredients

2 tbsp cooking oil

1-2 Hellers Honey & Soy Sausages cut into thin rounds

2 tbsp soy sauce & 1 tbsp honey combined

4 eggs beaten with a pinch of salt

1 spring onion finely sliced

To Serve: chili flakes, micro greens and a side of chili relish

Method

1. Preheat oven grill to 175C

2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat in a fry pan and add the Hellers Honey & Soy cut Sausages. Cook for 5 mins until they begin to brown then toss them through the soy sauce & honey mixture stirring continuously for 1 min. Remove from the pan onto a side plate and wipe out the pan with a paper towel

3. Reheat the fry pan with 1 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add half the cut spring onions to the whisked eggs and pour into the pan, swirling it to the edges. Place the sausage slices onto the egg mixture and allow the egg to cook for a 1-2 mins.

4. Place pan under the grill for 1-2 mins to complete the cooking

5. Scatter the top with remaining spring onions, chili flakes and micro greens

6. Serve with a side of chili relish
