To store fresh herbs, first wash them gently under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. For herbs like basil and parsley, you can place them in a glass of water, similar to a bouquet, and cover them loosely with a plastic bag. This method keeps them fresh for longer.
Alternatively, you can chop the herbs and place them in an ice cube tray filled with olive oil or water. Freeze the tray, and once frozen, transfer the cubes to a zip-top bag. This way, you can easily add fresh herbs to your dishes later.
